Have you added the Polygon Network to MetaMask?
Although it should not matter, we’d suggest you add the Polygon mainnet to your MetaMask first before sending your newly purchased MATIC coins to MetaMask. Don’t worry it’s easy to do and have a guide to follow below.
Mattic Wallet
Login into your Crypto.com phone app and navigate to your wallet.
Then click on your MATIC wallet.
Send to External Wallet
Click the External wallet icon to select your MetaMask wallet.
Send to MetaMask
Enter your Meta Mask wallet address and a name.
Important* – Make sure you’ve selected the Polygon network when sending.
Once confirmed, you might be prompted to set up 2FA (2 Factor Authentication) before the app will allow you to send it to your external MetaMask wallet.
Withdraw
Once confirmed with 2FA, click the Withdraw MATIC button and enter how many Matic you’d like to send. Add a message if you like and click Withdraw. You may also be prompted to add additional information before proceeding.
Review
Review your information on the summary screen, and if everything looks right, click the withdrawal button to confirm your transfer. Make sure you’ve doubled checked your wallet address.
You’re all done!
